Having worked in recruitment for a decade, I’ve seen some exceptional recruitment carried out and I’ve also seen some deficiencies in the service provided. My ambition is to provide a premium cost-effective recruitment service based on client needs, candidate goals and professional consultancy in the sincerest sense of the word. I’m an expert at unlocking human potential and therefore passionate about helping people to discover their strengths, talents and motivation. I have founded Yalla Consulting to help eradicate some of the negatives perceived within the industry and provide impactful solutions to firms and individuals.
