is launching its outsourced, on-demand in-house counsel services for startups and SMEs. It is designed for those companies that do not have a budget to hire a legal team internally, but require drafting and review of contracts and other legal documents, client/customer templates, website terms and conditions and internal processes and policies. Cost-effective subscription packages are available, based on the company’s needs.
Launch 971 is also offering a Startup Starter Kit, including website User Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, two forms of NDAs (one and two-way) and a customized client/customer template for the company’s product or service.
Launch 971 was founded by Majdel Musa, JD. Majdel is a US-educated and licensed lawyer with 17 years of experience. Her seven years of Dubai experience includes both the public sector and private practice. Majdel has had in-house roles at some of the region’s most well-known tech startups. She has seen these companies through different stages: Souq with the acquisition by Amazon, Fetchr in Series C and Carriage in the consolidation with Talabat. Her most recent role was helping to launch Tradeling as Head of Legal.
