Managing Director

Majed Alsaadi

Majed holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wollongong in Australia. He has over seven years of experience in recruitment working for multinational companies and award-winning recruitment firms. In addition, Majed grew up in the US and UAE; therefore, his bilingual skills and experience bridge two different cultures. Being based in Dubai for over a decade, Majed’s expertise also comes with a profound understanding of the GCC.

Majed has been in the front-line in hiring young to senior professionals across Middle Eastern, European, African, and Asian markets. With his vast years of recruiting experience across multiple sectors, Majed gained strong, insightful knowledge and realized that students and young professionals within the Middle East are not given enough guidance during their education life cycle and towards pursuing a career of their choice.

Through his experience, Majed became an expert in unlocking human potential and, therefore, is passionate about allowing people to discover their strengths, talents and motivation.

Amal Al Sheehah

Partner

Amal is Highly performing, strategic-thinking Saudi HR professional with more than 14 + years of experience working across healthcare, IT, oil/gas, and education in private and semi- government sectors. A proven track record of working with senior stakeholders across all aspects of Human Resources, including Talent management, Recruitment and Retention, Employee Engagement, Training and Development , Organizational Design, and Payroll.

Paul Rogers

Partner

Paul brings 40+ years of work experience of which he started as a qualified teacher in the early 1970s and taught in the UK state system for ten years. He has been based overseas since the early 1980s, working with schools, universities, military training colleges and vocational training providers, in both the public and private sectors.

He took a Master of Science degree in the mid-1980s, a US Doctorate in the early 90s and has presented at various international conferences. Subjects covered included second language acquisition, online & blended learning, testing & evaluation, teacher training and educational leadership & management. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and more recently, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

He has worked for Aston, Leeds and Southampton Universities in the UK, as well as the RAND Corporation in the USA as Programme Manager for Teacher Training in the Middle East. He has been employed by British Aerospace, the Centre for British Teachers and for the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Cyprus, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Ian Edgar

Partner

Ian has spent 14 years in the Middle East, working in a variety of director level learning and organisational development roles in the commercial sector, for the Jumeirah Group and also with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the Dubai government education regulatory authority. Prior to this he spent 7 years working in healthcare roles; in a large general hospital in the UK as a training and development manager, and on a hospital commissioning project in Cyprus. His early career was spent in a range of leadership roles in the British Armed Forces.

Rahima Younes

Learning Solutions Manager

Raye comes with 20 years of work experience within the GCC and UK. During the last 10 years, she has been involved in building e-learning courses, training, L&D, program management, staff training, client relationships, and operations. Raye holds a Master’s degree in International HR training from the University of Liverpool and is an IELTS certified examiner.


Rana Al Saadi

Social Media Coordinator

Rana is an honours graduate from the American University of Sharjah and hold’s a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She has a worked in the field of mass communications and assisted editorial work for Abu Dhabi Week and Tempo Magazines. In addition, she has completed a PR internship experience with the UN Refugee Agency.

Rahaf Kobeissi

Coaching & Training Partner

Rahaf is an experienced mental health and mindset coach, and a personal development trainer. She is a well-known public speaker with TV & forum appearances. She is the host of The Don’t Be A Man About It Podcast and is the Mindfulness Coach at the Smash Room in Dubai.
